2. Services Offered:
Pubsey.com offers research writing services, including but not limited to, academic/scientific papers, essays, dissertations, articles, and reports.
Clients are responsible for using the material ethically and in accordance with their institutions academic standards.
3. Ordering Process:
Clients must provide clear instructions and specifications for the work required. Payment must be made in full before work commences.
4. Delivery:
Pubsey.com will deliver completed work by the agreed-upon deadline. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure timely delivery. Pubsey.com is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as technical issues or force majeure events.
5. Revisions:
Clients are entitled to request revisions within a reasonable period after delivery. Revisions will be provided free of charge if they align with the original order specifications.
6. Plagiarism and Copyright:
Pubsey.com guarantees that all work delivered is original and plagiarism-free. Clients retain full copyright and ownership of the work upon payment.
7. Confidentiality:
Pubsey.com respects client confidentiality and will not disclose personal information to third parties. Client identities and project details will remain confidential unless required by law.
8. Payment:
Payment must be made in full before work commences. We accept payment through the accepted payment method. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
9. Termination:
Pubsey.com reserves the right to terminate services if clients breach the terms and conditions outlined herein. In the event of termination, client will receive an 80% refund.
10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
11. Amendments:
Pubsey.com reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law:
By engaging in a transaction with Pubsey.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
